When first released, the app worked fine. Then, I had a system update for my Android and I started to have random screen glitching. I ended up having to delete this app, which made the glitches stop. When I attempted to reinstall the app, it no longer works. I've attempted to upload and save my proof of vaccination multiple times and it never works, it just disappears once I click save. Very frustrating.

1. Make sure that the device is connected to the Internet.
2. Check if an update should be done.
3. Delete and download the application again.

I've seen a few other reviews talking about this issue, and it's happened to me as well. I got a new phone and now, my vaccination proof won't save. I've scanned my QR code, confirm with my year of birth, see that it says protected, but then the app never saves it. I tried to reinstall, and still not working. Nowhere can I seem to contact someone for this issue. Maybe offer technical support?

This app sucks doesn't work on Samsung galaxy s21. Won't let me save my proof. Will read and come up green but when you click the save proof it disappears and says no proof saved yet. For something that is mandatory it should work on all platforms and all phones/tablets. Not impressed to still need to be carrying around papers, or gave to go through photos to get the screen shot of my QR code.

We recommend clearing the app's cache and trying again. If that doesn't work, make sure you are using the latest version of the app. You can uninstall and reinstall it to make sure you have the latest version.
